| 1.The machine mainly adopts the imported PLC controller to set the length of the bag arbitrarily, set the total number of package, show the quantity of bag package, and set the total package task for automatically stop. 2.Using intelligent temperature controller for horizontal and vertical sealing temperature. 3.Intelligent photoelectric positioning,strong anti-interference, stop and alarm once two abnormal marked bags detected. 4.Stable and reliable performance, nice appearance,stainless steel structure, conforming to the hygienic requirements of food and medicine packaging. 5.Easy to adjust the position of the cutter,the latest designed switchblade cutter, it can cut off singly or in series .and avoid the bag jamming, the cutter is highly durable. 6.Using piston pump type measurement which offers high accurate measurement if the materials has uniform density and is in conformity with the national standard. 7.The bagging system equipped with the step motor, the bag length precision is high.and the error is less than 1 mm. 8.Lower power consumption and little space occupation. 9.According to the request, the various cutting style can be selected by replacing the cutter,such as plain edge, patterned edge and series bag once cutting. and the band print or the steel stamp coding can be selected according to the requirement. |
